In other words, man has free will because he can reason out things and after understanding all options, he can exercise his will to do this or that. But who has given you the faculty of reason and understanding, you have received it through your genes, which are God-given, and hence you are bound. But, in relative terms, we are free because we always have a choice, and are this accountable for our action and thoughts.
