Hi Ruben,

  We have observed this problem in the 32bit libstdc++ DLL, when using
gcc-4.6.2 together with binutils-2.21.1. However, the 64bit libstdc++
DLL was OK.

  The problem went away by using a recent binutils-2.22.51 weekly
snapshot. (We use 2.22.51 as of 2011-11-11, last binary date in the
century ;-)

  It would be nice to receive some explanations on this issue by more
eligible person, maybe Kai can tellus, which binutils revision/oatch
fixes this problem...

  Best Regards, Wolfgang
