No, it is acceptable as per your output below.

--enable-FEATURE[=ARG] and you're giving an ARG of "ddk,directx".
Even GCC uses an ARG other than "yes".

  --enable-cloog-backend[=BACKEND]
                          set the CLooG BACKEND used to either isl, ppl or
                          ppl-legacy (default)
  --enable-stage1-languages[=all]
                          choose additional languages to build during stage1.
                          Mostly useful for compiler development
