What file type are you trying to archive/unarchive?  MSYS provides
msys-zip and msys-unzip for .zip files.  Also there is a msys-xz which
will pack/unpack .lzma and .xz.

So do you really need 7zip and if so why?  But you should be able to
use the windows command line version of 7zip within MSYS.
