Hi Ruben, I have been looking into some openmp crashes we've had with
blender and i have read the info in your first email on this thread.
It looks like we may have been experiencing the same problem
unfortunately. We are using the ray-linn build so if the default
behaviour is this for every MinGW64 build, then I expect this to be
the cause for our crashes too.

I was wondering if I could find a build that is not too optimized, so
that as many people as possible could download and use, and that
doesn't have these issues with openmp. Or maybe a guide on how to
build without this drawback would be greatly appreciated!
