There are a couple of builds you can try, but I don't think any
optimization of the toolchain is causing this.

There's my latest release builds (GCC 4.5.3, 4.6.3, and 4.7.0):
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw-w64/files/Toolchains%20targetting%20Win64/Personal%20Builds/rubenvb/release/

And Sezero's older builds:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw-w64/files/Toolchains%20targetting%20Win64/Personal%20Builds/sezero_4.5_20111101/
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw-w64/files/Toolchains%20targetting%20Win64/Personal%20Builds/sezero_4.4_20111031/

Particularly the 4.4 build would be interesting to try, depending on how
new you require the mingw-w64 headers these might not work though.

Providing an exact backtrace of the problem would help enormously. Right
now, there a about 10 different places the problem could lie. Only one of
them is GCC/libgomp.
