Just for completeness, no one builds their regular MinGW-w64 toolchains
with dw2 exception handling. I only built one currently uploaded GCC to go
with Clang, which was recently modified to generate dw2 exception handling
calls. It does not support sjlj eh (it requires a different code model not
worth implementing in LLVM IMHO).
