It is hard for me to respond to this since you provide no details or 
examples of situations that might cause problems.

I can only point out that MS does not include intrin.h in their winnt.h 
file.  In fact, were it not for the functions listed in the comment I 
added in this patch, x86intrin.h probably wouldn't be required either.

Again, it is difficult for me to respond to such a general comment 
(incomplete how?).  All that's clear is I should not commit this change 
yet.  I look forward to hearing details about what problems you see.

Since the next patch I want to send also updates winnt.h, I'm blocked 
until we get this sorted out.
