Similar to my other post, I'm assuming you're OK with additional download
traffic to `mingw_base_url_template` if I get interested in conscripting
your prebuilt i686 binaries?
What's your thoughts/plans on updating to support x86_64-w64-mingw32 in
addition to i686-w64-mingw32?
