This seems to be unavoidable, so i've tried to minimize the number of
packages that have to be made available in pre-compiled form.

I did make a native x86_64 toolchain back in the day, so i can do it.
But none of the projects that i'm working with actually requires 64-bit
code (and libgcrypt, for example, explicitly stated that it is not fit
to be used on 64-bit W32 just yet), so i am in absolutely no hurry. I
would rather spend my free time on some other, more useful (or more fun)
things.
