This is a revised patch basing on that.`do_get_path_info()` now contains no half-way return statement. The generic code below already handles empty paths.For UNC paths, the first two components are taken as the prefix, which means `\\.\C:` and `\\.\Volume{b75e2c83-0000-0000-0000-602f00000000}` are now handled universally. DOS drive letters are parsed only as a special case for non-UNC paths.
