1. I did turn off the RO, but no result.
2. The multiple router entries are the result of switching between the networks.
3. I've tried to change the link-local IP's to global IP's, but the radvd
daemon wouldn't start.
I have the radvd daemons running on both the AR and the HA, but what prefixes
should they be advertising?

Radvd.conf on the AR:

interface eth1
    {
          AdvSendAdvert on;
          AdvIntervalOpt on;

          MinRtrAdvInterval 3;
          MaxRtrAdvInterval 10;
          AdvHomeAgentFlag off;

          prefix fec0:106:1100::/64
          {
              AdvOnLink on;
              AdvAutonomous on;
              AdvRouterAddr on;
          };
    };

Radvd.conf on the HA:

interface ath0
     {
        AdvSendAdvert on;
        MaxRtrAdvInterval 3;
        MinRtrAdvInterval 1;
        AdvIntervalOpt off;
        AdvHomeAgentFlag on;
        HomeAgentLifetime 10000;
        HomeAgentPreference 20;
        AdvHomeAgentInfo on;
        prefix fec0:106:2700::2/64
        {
          AdvRouterAddr on;
          AdvOnLink on;
          AdvAutonomous on;
          AdvPreferredLifetime 10000;
          AdvValidLifetime 12000;
        };
      };

Perhaps I've set the wrong prefixes or I'm missing an option?

Below a complete output of my wireless interface setting on the MN as well as
it's routing table while being connected to the home network:

I hope this clarifies my situation.

OK, I'm a little stumped. I have some general things you might want to check:

1. Turn off RO
2. md_expire_router: expiring router fe80:0:0:0:213:f7ff:fe40:3177 on iface
ath0 (7)
__md_discover_router: discover link on iface ath0 (7)
md_change_default_router: add new router fe80:0:0:0:230:4fff:fe48:a9ec on
interface ath0 (7)
md_expire_router: expiring router fe80:0:0:0:230:4fff:fe48:a9ec on iface ath0
(7)
__md_discover_router: discover link on iface ath0 (7)
md_expire_router: expiring router fe80:0:0:0:230:4fff:fe48:a9ec on iface ath0
(7)
__md_discover_router: discover link on iface ath0 (7)

Why is your ath0 seeing multiple routers?

3. Try using global IPs with different prefixes for the two networks!

The additional IPv4 address is fine. I've had something similar in the past for
testing purposes.

What I meant by a dedicated box is I assume your router is a PC running the
radvd router demon. The router(s) should be advertising prefixes on both the
networks.

I am getting a little confused by the routing table; not sure what your home
and foreign prefixes are. However, in general, there should be two entries for
default gateways for both of your interfaces.
