Hi Kris,

It seems you are advertising link-local addresses from your ARs - both in
foreign and home network. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but prefix
fec0:106:1100::/64 is a link local prefix? Use your AR to advertise a global
address like 2001:0:0:9::/64. Also, disable forwarding on MN and enable it
on the routers. After doing the changes, turn off MIPL and see if you can
route packets to a CN from both home and foreign networks!

Remote troubleshooting is quite painful. So, sorry if I'm all over the place
