indeed, shift the 8x16 → 9x18 to pad two on the bottom, instead of
one at the top and one at the bottom, so the writing line matches;
this makes U+0030 and U+0041 fit, but U+0061 is a pixel higher, no
importance though as Unifont is only used to extend fixed-misc for
places the latter is lacking, and latin letters are decent there…
To generate a diff of this changeset, execute the following commands:
