Log message:
Replay the initial series of commits on the files
• mircvs://X11/xc/fonts/bdf/misc/18x18ko.bdf
• mircvs://X11/xc/fonts/bdf/misc/9x18.bdf
run through 'bdfctool -c', checked that 'bdfctool -Fd'
results in the original file, for historic and merging
reasons. The branch layout is as follows:
– xwindow: vendor branch for XFree86® fixed-misc
– fdo: vendor branch for freedesktop.org/x.org variant
from git://anongit.freedesktop.org/xorg/font/misc-misc
which includes newer stuff from mgk
– tg-fixedmisc-merge: result of merging fdo with the
former MAIN branch which was created off xwindow
– tg-fixedmisc-gnunifont: result of adding padded glyphs
from mircvs://contrib/fonts/unifont/ to fixed-misc in
places where it doesn’t have any glyph (machinally)
– MAIN: stuff from tg-fixedmisc-gnunifont plus manual changes
The revisions from MAIN are then propagated by simple copy
of the content into the linearly-versioned file back in
mircvs://X11/xc/fonts/bdf/misc/ to facilitate even quicker
CVS operation on the “live” files and without too much both
historic ballast and vendor/development information.

Merge the XFree86® with the freedesktop.org variant of mgk’s fonts… /* */
Do some bugfixing (9x18’s U+2E18 ⸘ is broken in fd.o for example)
Retain MirChanges, although intelligently (we have the same 0 in ja/ko
flavours of 18x18 fonts now, for example – both positions even)
To generate a diff of this changeset, execute the following commands:
