Replay the initial series of commits on the files
• mircvs://X11/xc/fonts/bdf/misc/18x18ko.bdf
• mircvs://X11/xc/fonts/bdf/misc/9x18.bdf
run through 'bdfctool -c', checked that 'bdfctool -Fd'
results in the original file, for historic and merging
reasons. Original commit information and log message:

The purpose of the tg-fixedmisc-merge branch is twofold:
① replace MAIN as where the result of merging OpenBSD,
Xfree86® and fixed-fixed.git plus MirBSD patches lies
ⓑ where scripts to merge Unifont into it lie, with which
results for the tg-fixedmisc-gnunifont branch are made
which then are merged with patches for the GNU Unifont
derived glyphs back into MAIN
To generate a diff of this changeset, execute the following commands:
