• merge tg-fixedmisc-gnunifont branch changes
• add glyphs for U+2329 and U+232A to 18x18ko.bdfc
(based on angle{left,right} for bitmap and U2300.pdf for positioning/scaling)
• manually review some forms and pimp a few more glyphs
