That doesn't work out:
I created a directory pub/libreoffice/iso and put the iso file in there.
To avoid it beeing mirrored I told rsync to exclude it.

It's displayed but no torrent file is offered (and download fails:

even after a night of waiting and adjusting ownership of the file 10 min
ago (but that shouldn't matter as long as the file is readable for
mirror brain).
