See the stage2pub script for how the tracker and seed get the torrents :-) There are no physically stored copies of the torrents with mirrorbrain, as those are generated on-the-fly (i.e. when accessing the site from german IP, you'll get different set of webseeds compared to when you access the torrent from a US based IP).
