But maybe Allen can verify it too? The easiest way to verify if the
interface is configured is by adding "ExecStartPre=/usr/bin/ip a"
to the service file and then check the journalctl after boot.

I can now confirm that the interface is and has an IP address assigned
before smtpd starts the first time. It the fails subsequent times since
I have it set to restart. Still, if I log in and start it myself, it
comes up no problem.
