I don't see why everyone recommends "install one version at a time". It is insane. Except for the time_t bump, i'd just upgrade. With the bump, I'd either upgrade if it was a remote system, or do a fresh install. There may be gotchas that you can only figure out by replicating it locally first. But there is no requirement in OpenBSD to "upgrade one version at a time" that is just a total fucking waste of time and bandwidth.
