Firefox uses jspdf (javascript pdf) I think but am not sure if this is the right link https://github.com/MrRio/jsPDF I don't trust it myself and disable it in firefox online when I do use firefox. It's pretty useful offline though for bookmarking pages in many pdfs sorted by subject.
