Only one in my case. Until OpenBSD supports 11n with MIMO, multiple antennas will only be used for diversity which selects one antenna for transmit at a time (generally based on which one has received better signal from the peer, I believe, but the exact procedure is driver-dependent). Always connect both antennas if you want to rule out problems with antenna selection affecting wifi performance.
