I guess the main thing missing in base is a dhcpv6 implementation for prefix delegation. Just write a modern OpenBSD style privsep'ed & pledge'd daemon for dhcpv6. Going by slaacd(8) ( https://man.openbsd.org/slaacd ) it should be pretty trivial. This one dude wrote it in about half a year in his spare time. -- I'm not entirely sure you are real.
