This one -- remaining capacity -- I would go back and check after leaving
the machine plugged in for a while, some hours at least. 

It would not surprise me a lot if it stays put at 0.00, in which case
the conclusion would be that you have a dead battery. 

Fortunately a simple web search seems to indicate that spares are available
at a price level that is not totally horrible.
