this could mean that somehow you got some attacker to insert malicious code in your bios/firmware meaning that no matter how many times you reinstall you're still hacked you should probably sell your motherboard or entire computer and get a new one... maybe cpu is affected, too? I don't know where microcode is at that's what you get for using fedora instead of openbsd and not reading source code
