So, it hadn't actually stuck, right? I suggest you to just re-run it and wait. It may make a few iterations and make needs a time to merge everything and reinstall everything. It was an upgrade of python, for example, and you have a lot of installed py3-... packages, so, it needs time. -- wbr, Kirill
