OpenBSD 3.9 stable
NEXCOM EBSFL565 (dmesg at end of E-mail)
I'm experiencing a problem with vlans on this device where
intermittently, and occasionally the interface works, but mostly is
inoperative. One minute I can ping a node, then I cannot. The interface
works correctly without the vlan.

netstat shows no errors.
When I use a Sokeris 4801 with the same configuration except for using
si instead of rl everything works.
