You can capture the screen using a serial port and null-modem cable to another computer, see the FAQ for more info.
I'm not that familiar with the output of the Linux program. When I have to install OpenBSD on the same disk as another OS and I don't feel like thinking, I usually just create a primary partition the size I want with the other OS and then change the partition type to A6 during the OpenBSD install process.
