I doubt there are different wlan, it doesn't make any sense. They are PCIE mini card, btw, so you'll probably have a harder time finding a replacement than if they were Mini PCI. (the in- tree options are iwn and rum). N.B. the flash is soldered. Personally I think I'd wait for the 8G ones - from my experience with Zaurus, 4G can be a bit limiting,
