After reading your replies and the thread Ted mailed, My assumptions were indeed wrong, I've naively believed people would send diffs if such thing(the list) existed, the thread and your replies proved me wrong.
I guess I thought that mainly because it worked for me on some level in the past (I sent diffs after asking for things to do and PR bugs). Summing up, I'm convinced, the list wouldn't do any good. I shall not bother on this subject anymore.
