I think the Arch Linux folks lied a bit there... I've got the same wifi card, and I looked at the driver that the Broadcom Corporation released, and it is not Dual BSD/GPL licensed. It uses their own license. You can check it out here: http://www.broadcom.com/docs/linux_sta/hybrid-portsrc_x86_32-v5_100_82_38.tar .gz The license is in lib/LICENSE.txt
