>From the experience of Austria vs. Germany I'd say you can't. In Germany
with DID ("Durchwahl" in german, the extension after the number) you get
the whole number plus the DID. In Austria you get *only* the DID. If
you're using multiple MSNs, the behaviour should be similar in Austria
and German (I haven't tried). I don't know anything about Italy and
France, though.
