Incoming call in Italy: a get the MSN number without the leading 0.
Example my ISDN has 2 numbers on it: 02123456 and 02123457 i can get
2123456 or 2123457.

Outgoing call in Italy: just send the number in local form 02.123456 (where 02 is area code) or send full number 0039.02.123456 (international prefix + area code + number)

Compatibility for Italy: i have to turn off L1 check and set dtmf threshold down to 40
