MISO calculates PSI for the alternative splicing events (gff) provided by user. Each BAM can result in events which are not annotated. How MISO takes care of it. If I have my own gtf file generated for a specific BAM using cufflinks suite, how can I extract different types of events eg. A3SS. A5SS, SE, RI etc and covert in the format required by MISO.
