There must be a bug somewhere in the runtime system since I encountered
that error without using Edwin or SOS.  Sorry, though, I didn't manage to
capture a stack trace.  I assumed that I would be able to reproduce it, so
I didn't save the first one, and I haven't seen it happen again.  If I see
it, I'll capture one this time.
