Kalo helpdesk system buat sendiri aja bang aji, sesuai kebutuhan.
untuk coding secara rame2 / team biasanya ada satu server dev yang dilengkapi 
subversioning. 

yang free pake git aja lumayan bagus, bisa di windows or linux :)

Fiturnya untuk internal development IT. Jadi semisal ada tiket problem yang
masuk, nanti prosesnya akan ditangani oleh siapa.
Progress tiketingnya sampai mana. Sekarang kita disini masih pake mailing
list untuk menampung semua keluhan,i untuk internal development masih
manual, print out di excel lalu dipublish ke email developer yang handle.

Target : progres penanganan tiket ini bisa dimonitor by mail. Jadi semacam
mailing list yang khusus ke internal development. Tiap ada update koding,
langsung deh tuh tiketingnya bisa blast email ke semua anggota tim dev.
Capek juga ya kalo ada interface lagi, misal buka aplikasi tertentu hehehe
kira-2 ketinggian gak ya targetnya.
