Hi,

1.
I downloaded and compiled "AwesomeApp" based on the template as "superbuild". Afterwards, I re-cmake-ed MITK to include more plugins, e.g. "basicimageprocessing" and "volumevisualization". Then, I compiled MITK, the MITK superbuild and my "AwesomeApp" again. However, "AwesomeApp" seems to reconfigure MITK, because after compilation the selected plugins are unselected and as a matter of fact also not available within "AwesomeApp". Just before the compilation of "AwesomeApp" I can start "extapp" and everything is there afterwards the selected plugins are gone.

Is this a bug or I doing something wrong?
Partly, this is a "feature" of the ExternalProject module used for the superbuild. To avoid confusion, I just removed the MITK_BUILD_org... options from the MITK superbuild. Hence, they will not overwrite the values in the MITK-build directory anymore.

However, options which are available both at superbuild level and inner-project level will be overwritten when duing a "supberbuild" again. In some situations this can be confusing, as would be the other way around (not overwriting). Usually, building at superbuild level is only done once at initial project set-up.

2.
In "startAwesomeApp_release.bat" the last line is "\SandboxApp.exe" which is wrong. Should be "AwesomeApp.exe".

Thanks, I just fixed it.

Best,
Sascha

All of the data generated in your IT infrastructure is seriously valuable.
Why? It contains a definitive record of application performance, security
threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes
sense of it. IT sense. And common sense.
