Hi Matt, this could be raleted to some recent changes in the 3D mapper. Did it work for you before the update?

When I apply a lookup table to an image, the 3 axial, coronal and sagittal views are updated, and display the colours. The 3D view however still contains 3 orthogonal slices without the lookup table applied. Please can anyone else confirm if this is the case?
