Try to close the Display and then select Global Reinit from the Data Manager context menu. I repeated this several times and the three orthogonal slices of the fourth rendering window used always different lookup tables. There were two lookup tables to see usually, but it varied which slice had which one. In a lucky case all the three had the proper lookup table.
