Hi Matt, for me this happens only by using the Image Lookup Table view to select the lookup table.
I created a mitk::LabeledImageLookupTable from the code then I set it to an image. This way each four rendering window had the correct lookup table. So maybe, the plugin could be adjusted to the last changes in MITK.
