Hi Matt,

for me this happens only by using the Image Lookup Table view to
select the lookup table.

I created a mitk::LabeledImageLookupTable from the code then I set it
to an image.
This way each four rendering window had the correct lookup table.

So maybe, the plugin could be adjusted to the last changes in MITK.

Some hints would help, however, what changes could have affected this. ;-)
