Hi there,

is there a bug raised for this? Some of our users are updating their Ubuntu, so
this bugfix is essential, and seems to be of interest to several users.
Is this bug "in progress" and is there a time frame for its completion?

Many thanks

Matt

Subject: Re: [mitk-users] VTK build error in current superbuild

Yes, I did, and I shared a patch here:

https://github.com/cim-unito/MITK/commit/fde3ce42e4f94e3212c15291d35a780f3dd28dc8

There were three issues to fix after the GCC upgrade in Ubuntu 11.10. The ITK
and the BlueBerry related part of the fix is not needed any more, the BlueBerry
bug they fixed and the ITK bug has been solved by the upgrade to ITK 3.20.1.

The VTK bug, however, is still there.

Best,
Miklos
