Yes, there is, and Marco already had a look at it, and applied the BlueBerry part of the fix.
I added also two patch files, one for ITK, one for VTK, but he decided not to apply the patches in the way I did, because the "patch" command is not available on Windows. In my opinion, it would not cause any problem, since on Windows the patch is not needed, and I did not experience any problem with that. The patch command simply does not run on Windows.
