Hi Alex, thanks for the detailed report. I _could_ be a Qt/NVidia problem, there are similar bug reports, e.g. this one: https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-14497
Could you try to compile a newer Qt version on the affected 10.4 machine and recompile MITK with it?
