Dear Afrooz,
please keep the discussion on the list, so future readers with similar problems
can find their answers here.
Regarding your question, you should generally not have to do any further
preprocessing for your images.
You can check whether they were correctly loaded by switching to the
Preprocessing view in the Preprocessing & Reconstruction Perspective. Once you
select your image in the datamanager the b-value table should correctly display
how many gradients of each b-value were taken.
Regards,
Caspar

Dear Mr. Caspar
thank you for your earlier answer. I'm sorry for thanking you now but I have
had a busy schedule lately and I will forgot to thank you. sorry if I bother
you but I have another question.
Do I have to follow any special preprocessing on images with different B-value
during using MITK diffusion and IVIM calculation? Or should I directly put the
Images with different B-value to the MITK toolbox?
Sincerely
Afrooz

Hi Afrooz,
you can load your diffusion dicom files using the dicom import view. If you are
using MITK Diffusion, the dicom import perspective should be the second from
the left in the perspective bar. The .dwi files are custom .nrrd files for
logistical reasons.
Best,
Caspar

Betreff: [mitk-users] IVIM problem
hi
I am MITK new user whose interested to develop with the IVIM. My available data
has .dcm format, however required input for IVIM is (.dwi or .hdwi) files.
If anyone tell me how do I use this toolbox for data with .dcm format? Or how
can I get (.dwi or .hdwi) images?OR convert .dcm to .dwi?
Any help will be much appreciated.
Sincerely
Afrooz
