Hi All
We want to perform IVIM and extract the diffusion and perfusion maps using
MITK. The DWI imaging was performed with 4 different b-values. In each
b-value three slices were acquired. So, we have four volumes, each volume
has its b-value and consists of three slices with 1mm between slices.
We tried to apply Diffusion-MITK to perform IVIM. However, we have problem
to create the “dwi” image from our datasets. So, can anyone help us how
to combine the acquired images and construct the “dwi” image?
