Hi Afrooz,
you might want to use the tools provided by the Teem team to preprocess your
images [1]. There is currently no way to merge images and assign them b
values/gradients from within MITK.

I converted all three files to analysis format ( .hdr & .img ) using MRIcro
application (these files have been attached for you).
Could you help us to create .dwi images (which is using for IVIM input) by
these 3 file??
