Dear All,
I am using the current version of MITK and trying to follow a old pipeline in our group for doing bone segmentation. In the old version, there is a graphcut (semi auto) segmentation method available but now I cannot see it. So what kind of semi-auto or auto segmentation method do we have now? Also, I tried the Segment anything method but when I press the button to give label nothing happens. Does anyone know whats the quickest way to do segmentation using MITK. Best, Jinhao
