There's an "audio passthrough" feature on my TODO list that would allow
you to use the turntable directly while it's hooked up directly to your
soundcard + running Mixxx. This would enable you to use vinyl control
for a while and then say, throw on a real record and mix with that.

I wouldn't get sold on features that haven't appeared in Mixxx yet
though - Ben's suggestion of looking at a 4-channel mixer might be the
best route to go in the meantime.
