If search box is selected, some shortcuts won't work (like letters), but I
have my own Standard.kbd.cfg, which uses F1-F12 keys and they work even if
the search box has focus.
It seems like the track table losts focus, when you click on combo box or
maybe crossfader.

If you don't want it, just don't apply it. It only shows on startup and can
be disabled with one click on it, but I agree it doesn't help DJing.
